Wow!! How time flies!!! I haven't had much time to update this blog so with 2 girlies napping, I thought I'd do an update! We've been super busy living our day to day life, but a few fun things out of the ordinary was we went to the Hudsonville Fair a few times at the end of August. Anna loves that b/c she gets to go on her traditional ride on the ferris wheel with Joel and goes to both nights of the tractor pulling. Also, Joel and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary at the beginning of August. We went to downtown Rockford on a Saturday afternoon and had lunch, went in shops and walked around.
The girls have been busy growing way too fast!! Anna is getting ready for preschool! She is so excited. We visited her classroom a few times now and each time, she tells me I can go home and when it finally is time to leave, she starts crying b/c she wants to stay. Her first day is tomorrow, so we'll see how that goes.
Alayna is learning more words every day. Her favorite thing right now is to watch Cedarmont Kids videos. She could watch those all day if I let her! When playing outside, she loves to go on the swings or ride in her cozy coupe.
Bristol is growing too big too fast! She is full of smiles and loves to be held by mommy or daddy. She isn't quite sleeping through the night consistently yet, but progress is being made. She is also very talkative! Sometimes when she talks to us, she gets so excited that she lets out a little "scream" of excitement and ends up scarring herself, which is pretty hilarious to see! She is very, very good with watching movement. She watches the Anna and Alayna a ton and when me or Joel walk in to a room, she turns her head to look at us. Another thing she started doing (1 day before she was 3 months to be exact :) ) is that she is trying to roll over! She gets on her side and quite get over. Anna and Alayna are still so in love with her. They love to help out with her whenever they can.
